Características principales

• Working pressures: up to 16 bar.
• Maximum working temperature: 60°C.
• Maximum intermittent temperature: 90°C.

Note: For applications requiring a working temperature above the maximum stated or below 50 C., please consult first with the A.R.I. Applications Engineering Dept.

• In the 3”-6” diameter models, the valve body and disc are made from composite materials which are resistant to highly abrasive conditions and durable in environments using corrosive liquids such as sea water, brine and chlorine.
• In the 8" diameter models, the valve is made from an anodized aluminum alloy. Use in corrosive liquid environments such as sea water, brine and chlorine, require an additional modification to the check valve and needs to be specified.
• Metal parts are made from SAE 304 stainless steel (SAE 316 stainless steel is also available upon request).
• The valve is supplied together with seals for flange to flange installation.
• The spring assembly mechanism is outside of the flow cross-section and can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline.

• The valve is available in diameters: 3”, 4”, 6”, 8".
• The valve is available with a limit switch that transmits a contact signal at flow start or its discontinuance (pump safety mechanism), Model NR-020-LS.
• The valve is available with a strainer added, Model NR-020-FV (foot valve).
• The valve is also available for pressures of up to 10 bar, Model NR-010.
